User Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any secret keys that you use to encrypt or decrypt messages.

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Cryptific or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or sell any content or materials from the App without prior written permission from Cryptific.
Security and Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
By using the App, you agree to input personal messages and sensetive information but the application will not store any of the content in a database or use an API for the encryption/decryption process. Every process takes place in your own device and we don't track any of your information. Cryptific will also not be responsible for a compromised information as a result of not securing your own keys or third party attacks.
Remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use the application, in case of an error in the app, we might collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your devices's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app and the time and date of your use of the occurance, and other statistics.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Cryptific does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected right away. The app might be updated continiously based on feature requirements which means that it will add/remove/update functionalities but will communicate what is going to change on the release notes.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cryptific be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Cryptific shall not be liable for any damages resulting from any unauthorized access.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the location where the company is registered.
Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location where the company is registered.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
Cryptific reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice and continued use of the App after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
